King's Landing has always been an idea that was filed away in the cabinet of my mind in "things I would do if I had more time". And then 2020 happened and most of us were dumped with a whole bucket of time that quickly dissolved all those excuses we had been so heavily reliant upon to keep us from adding on that one extra project. So after a few months of no gatherings, no group hobbies, and most importantly, no basketball, King's Landing was finally born.
In its infancy, King's Landing suffered through disappointing bubble basketball and later matured through disappointing regular season basketball. It has been a therapeutic outlet for me, and also a beautiful catalyst for connections with other Sacramento Kings fans. It is because of these connections that I will be closing the gates of King's Landing and embarking on a new adventure with The Kings Herald where I will be starting as a contributor.
I can't thank you all enough for spending your time here at King's Landing with me and I hope to see you over at The Kings Herald where you'll find the very best community of Sacramento Kings fans. I'll be there, still writing about the Kings, still questioning my personal sanity, still hoping for our day in the sun, and still doing it all in the most dramatic way possible. Thank you for your time. Thank you for your support. Thank you for your loyalty to this team. And, as always, #StayDramatic. You know I always will.
So proud of you Aplus Mirannwe💜😇🙏
